How to Track an Order

Tracking numbers will be updated on your order page. Login to your account and enter or find your order number. You will see a tracking number once the order has been shipped and next to it will be a small question mark, just click on it and it will bring up the tracking information. An e-mail will also be sent with the tracking information.

We work hard to find the most variety so we can give you the best offers. We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us, Located in the United States, Minnesota, but we work with several warehouses throughout the U.S to ship orders.

Why you need to register as a customer with us.

There's a couple of advantages of registering as a customer. First if you don't register as a customer, our system does not retain your contact information, such as phone number or e-mail address. So we can't supply shipping tracking numbers or updates on your order status. So in order to stay up to date on your order status, it is valuable to register.

Your information is secure with us, we do not share your information with anyone. You can set your mind at ease when ordering from us because we have one of the most secure systems in place to protect your privacy.

Our Policy.

Now we realize that most customers do not want to register because they are concerned about their phone number and e-mail address being shared and receiving unwanted e-mails. You can put your mind at ease, we do not share your information with anyone. We value our customers and we value our customers privacy.

Order Processing

Most orders Process In 1-3 Business days and most items are received within 3 to 5 business days, when using our free shipping option. During Holidays Delivery times can Be delayed a little longer, so be sure to order early enough. Please take time to read our size ordering instructions on the product detail page before ordering.

Free Shipping Policy.

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $100 for the lower U.S. 48 States, FPO and APO military addresses only.

Our shipping prices are adjusted for lower 48 state U.S customers only. Most items will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days when using our free shipping option. We do not offer free shipping outside the lower US 48 states or for orders under $100. We reserve the right to charge any orders outside the lower US 48 states or orders under $100 for the correct amount of shipping. The free shipping option covers the cost of shipping up to $14.95 - any orders where shipping costs are more than $14.95, we reserve the right to bill you for any amount of shipping cost that is greater than $14.95 - For example, some orders may have multiple items, where the weight exceeds the amount allotted for free shipping, bulky, large or heavy products may cost more to ship, or the destination of where the product or products is being shipped to may cost more to ship. We reserve the right to charge any orders if the amount of shipping is greater than the amount of $14.95 that is allotted with our free shipping option. Free shipping is only given out on the first order or initial order. If you return an item or items for an exchange , we reserve the right to bill for shipping and handling on all exchanges and replacement items.

Shipping Charges

Orders Under $100 or Outside the Lower 48 States

Our system for shipping charges is set up to bill for shipping after the order is placed. Once the order is placed, we will bill the order for the shipping cost. We had to set our system up like this, because the shipping module was not calculating the correct amount of shipping for light and heavy products and for products being delivered outside the lower 48 states. If you placed an order with a credit, debit or any other type of card, we will bill and add the shipping cost to the order, before the order is shipped. If you placed an order through PAYPAL or any other gateways, an invoice for shipping will be sent to you, the invoice will have to be paid before the order is shipped.

30 Day Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy. Customers can return items to exchange items, return items for refunds or return items for an in-store credit within 30 days of the original order. Any orders that over 30 days are not allowed to be returned. Items to be returned must be in original condition and must be un-worn.

How to Return Items.

Send us an e-mail with a brief description of why you are returning an item, your contact information and order number. To send us an e-mail, go to the contact us link in the bottom orange bar, left end and fill out the form on the contact us page. Our phone number is reserved for phone orders only. We do not handle returns over the phone. We will e-mail you our return policy and all the information needed to return items once the form is submitted.

Return Shipping

It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back to us, supply a tracking number. The cost of shipping items back to us is not refundable. Under certain circumstances we may award return shipping costs, supply a prepaid return label, but we hold the right to determine if return shipping costs are given or not.

NOTE: The return process can take 3 to 5 business days to process before a replacement item is issued, a refund or a in store credit is issued. The 3 to 5 business day process starts from the time we receive the item back and does not include shipping time to us. The time is needed so items can be inspected, repackaged and processed back into our system as a re-sellable item. Typically this process does not take the full time needed, but at busy times of the year, the time is needed. At busy times of the year, the return process can take longer than the suggested time, so please be patient.

Restocking Fees - most of the time we do not charge restocking fees, but we hold the right to charge up to 20% of the purchase price for restocking items that are returned.

Damaged Items Items that are deemed to have manufacturer flaws will be eligible for exchanges, refunds or in store credit. If an item or items are deemed to have damages due to customer misuse or handling, we hold the right not to issue or give an exchange, refund, or in store credit on items that are damaged by the customer. Items damaged by a customer, will not receive a refund, exchange or in store credit. We hold the right to determine whether an item or items have damage due to manufacturer flaws or customer misuse or handling.

Exchanges

Customers can return items for exchanges within 30 days of the order date. Free shipping is only given out on the first order or initial order, please read our free shipping policy above. If you return an item or items for an exchange , we reserve the right to bill for shipping and handling on all exchanges.

Gift Certificates and Cards,

We also offer gift certificates and gift cards. If you are not sure what to order that special biker, let them choose. Gift certificates and cards can not be redeemed for cash. They can only be used to purchase items from our site, any remaining balance will stay in the customers account for future purchases. If the amount of a purchase is greater than the account balance, gift card or certificate, the customer will have to pay the difference.

Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon completing your order. Alternatively, payment may be made through third party companies such as PayPal or Google Checkout, please review their policies before proceeding to checkout with these companies. MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless we inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Motorcycle Gear Superstore reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

OTHER CONDITIONS

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Motorcycle Gear Superstore signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will ship your product as it becomes available or your order may be cancelled. For orders with multiple products, we will ship the items that are in stock and refund the products that are out of stock. You will only be charged for products contained within a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or description due to typographical error or errors in information received from our suppliers, Motorcycle Gear Superstore shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price. Motorcycle Gear Superstore shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Candy.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of purchased price.
