Our novelty helmets come with a padded linings and fiberglass shells with steel rivets that secure padded adjustable nylon y-straps. The nylon Y-straps and adjustable quick release chin straps make adjustments for effortless. Please remember that novelty helmets do not meet D.O.T. standards.
