Problems Placing an Order

Credit card information must match exactly how it shows on your credit card, Your billing address must match your credit card and the same rules apply. Do not use extensions for your zip code, just the first five digits, US customers.

When filling out your information in any section, do not use extensions for your zip code. Just use the first five digits of your zip code without any extensions, US customers.


How to Track an Order

Tracking numbers will be updated on your order page. Login to your account and enter or find your order number. You will see a tracking number once the order has been shipped and next to it will be a small question mark, just click on it and it will bring up the tracking information. An e-mail will also be sent with the tracking information.

Why you need to register as a customer with us.
There's a couple of advantages of registering as a customer. First if you don't register as a customer, our system does not retain your contact information, such as phone number or e-mail address. So we can't supply shipping tracking numbers or updates on your order status. So in order to stay up to date on your order status, it is valuable to register.


Privacy Policy.
Your information is secure with us, we do not share your information with anyone. You can set your mind at ease when ordering from us because we have one of the most secure systems in place to protect your privacy.

Our Policy.
Now we realize that most customers do not want to register because they are concerned about their phone number and e-mail address being shared and receiving unwanted e-mails. You can put your mind at ease, we do not share your information with anyone. We value our customers and we value our customers privacy.

Order Processing
Most orders Process In 1-3 Business days and most items are received within 4 to 7 business days, when using our free shipping option. During Holidays Delivery times can Be delayed a little longer, so be sure to order early enough. Please take time to read our size ordering instructions on the product detail page before ordering.

Free Shipping Policy.
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $100 for the lower U.S. 48 States, FPO and APO military addresses only. Our shipping prices are adjusted for lower 48 state U.S customers only. Most items will be delivered within 4 to 7 business days when using our free shipping option.

Worldwide Shipping.
We offer world wide shipping, all you have to do is follow the normal checkout process and select the shipping option.

Short Term Shipping.
We may offer some short term shipping methods. The key to remember is short term applies to business days only. All orders received after 3pm will fall onto the next business day. All orders received after 3pm on Friday, will not be shipped until the following business day. Business days are considered Monday - Friday. The reason for this is most couriers don't pick up deliveries on the weekends. Also our warehouses may be closed over the weekend.

Shipping Charges
Our system for shipping charges is set up through the providers and shipping charges may not be accurate. if shipping costs more than what is selected at checkout, we reserve the right to bill the customer for the difference. We do not offer free shipping outside the lower US 48 states. We reserve the right to charge any orders outside the lower US 48 states for the correct amount of shipping.

Return Policy
Customers can exchange items, or return items for a in store credit within 30 days of delivery on all items that are deemed as returnable items and fall under our 30 day return policy list. Some products do not have a 30 day return policy guarantee or the return grace period is shorter. Some products are not eligible for returns. Please refer to our list below of items covered under the 30 day policy, items with shorter return grace periods and items that are not eligible for returns.

Notification of returning an item that is covered under our 30 day return list, must be given within 30 days of the delivery date. Notifications of wanting to return an item after 30 days of the delivery date will not be eligible to be returned. 

All items must be returned with their original packing, in original condition and un-warn. Some of our items are not eligible for being returned or the return grace period is less, please read the next sections.

List of Products Eligible Under the 30 Day Return Policy
Clothing items, Jackets, vests, shirts, gloves, chaps, pants, boots, shorts, skirts, bras, braziers, halter tops, rain gear, motorcycle parts, motorcycle accessories and tires.

Helmet Return Policy - 15 Day Limit
Helmets have a 5 day return policy notification from the time the helmet was delivered. Notification of wanting to return a helmet must be given within 5 days of the delivery date. After you notify us, you now have 10 days to set the item up for shipping it back to us and supplying us with a tracking number of that return shipment.

What does this mean for helmet returns
It means that you have 5 days from the date of delivery to e-mail us and let us know that you will be returning the helmet. It does not mean that the helmet has to be returned within 5 days. After you have e-mailed us within the 5 day grace period, you now have 10 days to ship the item back to us and supply a tracking number within those 10 days.

Here's Why
It only takes a couple minutes to try on a helmet to know whether it fits or not. We have multiple times where helmets were purchased because a rider needed to take a trip through a state that had helmet laws and when the trip is over, they no longer need the helmet and they want to return it. You sweat in it, you own it, you wear it, you own it. Therefore our helmet return policy is pretty strict, any notifications for returns after 5 days of delivery will not be granted unless under certain circumstances, we hold the right to extend that time period or not..

We apologize for this inconvenience, but we hope you will see it from our perspective. Once a helmet is worn, we can't resell it. We have had no choice but to tighten up on our helmet return policy to assure that the products being returned remain un-used and in sellable condition.

Nonreturnable Items.
We do not take returns on biker accessories and other miscellaneous items. Examples are, sunglasses, goggles, head wear, belts, buckles, handbags, fanny packs, back packs, purses, wallets, key chains, fobs, wrist bands, bracelets, jewelry, flasks, pins, patches, stickers, pant clips, vest extenders, boot chains, lighters, cases, flasks, etc. Returns on these items will only be allowed if the item has manufacturer flaws.

How to Return Items.
Customers can exchange items, or return items for a in store credit. Send us an e-mail with a brief description of why you are returning an item, your contact information and order number. All items eligible to be returned, must be returned with their original packing, in original condition and un-warn. To send us an e-mail, go to the contact us link in the top orange bar, right end and fill out the form on the contact us page. Our phone number is reserved for phone orders only. We do not handle returns over the phone. We will e-mail you our return policy and all the information needed to return items once the form is submitted. Some of our items are not eligible for returns, or the return policy has a shorter grace period. please read the sections above.

Return Shipping
It is the customerís responsibility to ship the item back to us, supply a tracking number. The cost of shipping items back to us is not refundable. Under certain circumstances we may reward return shipping costs, but we hold the right to determine if return shipping costs are given or not.

NOTE: The return process can take 7 to 10 business days to process before a replacement item is issued or a in store credit is issued. The 7 to 10 business day process starts from the time we receive the item back and does not include shipping time to us. The 7 to 10 business day time is needed so items can be inspected, repackaged and processed back into our system as a resellable item. Typically this process does not take the full time needed, but at busy times of the year, the time is needed. At busy times of the year, the return process can take longer than the suggested time, so please be patient.


In Store Credit
If you are not exchanging items, then a In store credit will be given for the purchase price of returned items only that do not have any damage, are in original condition and un-warn. In most cases the cost of shipping the item to the customer will not be added to the in store credit or will be deducted from the original purchase price. If free shipping was given at the time of the purchase, we may deduct the shipping cost from the selling price and give a partial in store credit. We hold the right to determine if a return will receive an in-store credit will be applied or issued.

Restocking Fees - most of the time we do not charge restocking fees, but we hold the right to charge up to 20% of the purchase price for restocking items that are returned.

Damaged Items Items that are deemed to have manufacturer flaws will be eligible for exchanges, refunds or in store credit. If an item or items are deemed to have damages due to customer misuse or handling, we hold the right not to issue or give an exchange, refund, or in store credit on items that are damaged by the customer. Items damaged by a customer, will not receive a refund, exchange or in store credit. We hold the right to determine whether an item or items have damage due to manufacturer flaws or customer misuse or handling.


Gift Certificates and Cards,
We also offer gift certificates and gift cards. If you are not sure what to order that special biker, let them choose. Gift certificates and cards can not be redeemed for cash. They can only be used to purchase items from our site, any remaining balance will stay in the customers account for future purchases. If the amount of a purchase is greater than the account balance, gift card or certificate, the customer will have to pay the difference.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.


ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Motorcycle Gear Superstore reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.


OTHER CONDITIONS

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Motorcycle Gear Superstore signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.


OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will ship your product as it becomes available or your order may be cancelled.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or description due to typographical error or errors in information received from our suppliers, Motorcycle Gear Superstore shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price. Motorcycle Gear Superstore shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Candy.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of purchased price. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.
